TOS for commissions

Payment is through PayPal (invoice) and must be upfront.Things I will draw:- Anthro/Furry- Fanart- Nudity- Blood- Humans- Monsters/ half humans- Suggestive contentThings I won't draw:- Complex mecha- Complex armors- Vore- Feral- References- Customs- Complex backgrounds- CarsThe estimated turnaround is usually 6 days, 1-2 weeks, 1-3 months, or a bit more, depending on the complexity or the number of people in my queue. I usually take 20-30 commissions, so I appreciate your patience! I apologize in advance if I’m a little slow sometimes. I can take a 2-3 day break because my wrist constantly hurts. I also visit the hospital pretty often, along with my mom, so it delays me from what I’m currently working on.PLEASE, be specific with what you want for your commission! I won’t turn back once the commission is finished. That’s why I send a WIP/sketch first, and you can make some changes. Redoing a whole sketch from scratch will cost an extra charge.If you’re too picky with the smallest details, I would appreciate it if you could give me the clearest ideas and details as much as possible so we can avoid misunderstandings at the moment of doing the first sketch. In case you prefer artistic freedom, that works for me as well!Keep in mind that if I do more than four corrections, I will charge extra. You can also let me know how many WIPs you want to see (sketch, lineart, coloring) to avoid inconveniences!And please don't be pushy. I understand waiting can be tiring sometimes. That's why I'm giving you an approximate ETA in the first place, depending on how big or simple your commission is, and that's why I also provide you a Trello link where you can check the progress of your commission and how many are before yours!I constantly experience burnout, so that's another reason why I slow down with everything I have pending. I mostly work on big projects, so again, I appreciate some patience.If I get to delay more than the ETA I gave you, I'll contact you to let you know.Please don't forget to put a "👍" as proof of reading the TOS once you make your request via Artistree or before you pay the invoice (when the payment is via DM).Thanks for reading!
